Have you had surgery? Or maybe see medical personnel wearing surgical hat? It is one of mandatory equipment that medical personnel must wear when performing surgical procedures. Beauty clinics or dentists may also be able to wear them while practicing.

Surgical hat helps medical personnel to stay sterile. The hair will not fall down due to it equipped with a strap that can be tied at the back. With semicircular shape, it is used to protect the head and hair during medical procedures. Made of drill kenzie material. Daily used for medical health workers. Equipped with a rope on the back of the side that serves to tie size 27 cm x 19 cm (length x wide).

Perkara Penting Sebelum Menempah

Tempahan pukal atau skala besar: Disarankan tempah sample atau buat order sehelai bagi menilai kualiti dan ketepatan hasil diinginkan sebelum tempahan pukal. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya apa yang diinginkan tidak sama seperti hasil sebenar.
Jangan menukar, menambah atau apa sahaja pada saiz pola yang diberikan. Pihak kami tidak akan melayan sebarang kesilapan cetakan jika disebabkan perubahan pola yang tidak mengikut spesifikasi custom.my
Untuk mengelakkan hasil cetakan pecah dan retak, pengguna perlulah memberikan imej atau grafik yang mempunyai resolusi tinggi, sekurang kurangnya 150dpi.
Cetakan Rubber (heatpress) yang mempunyai design halus dan kecil, haruslah disediakan strokeline, agar mesin printer dapat mencetak dan memotong dengan tepat. Kegagalan menyediakan stroke mungkin menyebabkan design tidak dapat dipotong halus.
Untuk mengelakkan kesilapan dalam design dan dimensi/ukuran cetakan, masukkan ukuran terperinci bagi design dan kawasan cetak yang diperlukan dalam nota pesanan sistem (remark). Jika tidak ada butiran dan dimensi tepat, kami akan mencetak sesuai dengan preview disediakan, iaitu sekadar anggaran. Namun diingatkan mesin printer tidak juga dapat 100% tepat dengan ukuran.

Prosedur Print

Sekiranya terdapat masalah semasa percetakan (cetakan design yang terlipat, atau cetakan mempunyai hasil cetakan yang sangat teruk), kami menggantikannya dengan percetakan semula dengan tshirt yang disediakan oleh pengguna.

Jenis fail untuk cetakan

Mudah diberikan dalam bentuk JPEG/PNG..
Jika inginkan design diedit, sila inform kami terlebih dahulu. Kami mengganggap 100% design yang dimuatnaik adalah sudah sedia untuk dicetak tanpa sebarang perubahan.
Kami menggunakan mode RGB bagi mesin printer sublimation fullprinting kami. Jika design anda dalam mode CMYK, sila tukarkan kepada RGB supaya lebih sesuai dan akan menghasilkan warna yang terang. Kami tidak akan menukarkan mode warna CMYK kepada RGB, melainkan pengguna melakukan sendiri.
Resolusi imej diperlukan 150dpi ke atas.
Untuk memuatnaik design, kami menggunakan Dropbox. Kami sarankan anda membuka akaun di www.dropbox.com, jika masih belum mempunyai akaun. Dengan Dropbox, sistem kami dapat berinteraksi secara terus sekaligus terjamin kelajuan memuat naik dan memuat turun.

Pemulangan

Had masa untuk pemulangan barang, atau waranti ialah selama 48 jam dari tarikh penerimaan barang (mengikut tracking syarikat courier).
Jika tidak mendapat maklum balas dari pelanggan, kami beranggapan bahawa hasil cetakan memuaskan hati dan tidak perlu ulang cetak.
Pemulangan barangan adalah tanggungjawab pelanggan. Hantarkan kepada alamat kami.

Return Policy

Any claims regarding the products have to be submitted within 2 working days after the product received otherwise we will not be able to respond and process the defects.

Kerosakan yang akan diganti

Received t-shirt size surpasses toleration limit, lack or more than 2-3 cm from the website’s size.
Hasil cetakan tercabut, rosak, atau senget melebihi 20%
Design yang dicetak bukanlah design yang telah dimuatnaik.
Jahitan salah atau tidak mengikut pola diberikan.

Kerosak yang tidak akan diganti

Perbezaan warna design pada monitor/tv/laptop semasa mereka design tidak boleh diterima sebagai warna sebenar. Ini kerana profail warna printer tidak sama dengan profail warna komputer. Lakukan test print/sample jika tidak pasti atau ingin mendapatkan warna sebenar.
Design kelihatan pecah atau kabur, disebabkan resolusi imej di bawah 150dpi.
Ukuran/dimensi saiz dipesan, tidak sama dengan pola yang disertakan. Pastikan design sama dengan saiz pola.
Detail ukuran/atur letak design tidak diberikan. Kami akan mencetak dengan anggaran yang bersesuaian.

Kenapa hasil cetakan berbeza warnanya dengan warna di monitor komputer?

Warna Utama: Warna kelihatan sebagai hasil daripada cahaya dari sisi belakang monitor.
Warna Sekunder: Warna hasil cetakan kelihatan kerana pantulan cahaya
Jenis fabrik atau material yang berbeza mempunyai reaksi kimia berbeza terhadap pelbagai jenis cetakan.
Profail Warna (Color Profile) yang digunakan semasa merancang rekaan.

2 Cara untuk mengelakkan hasil cetakan berbeza::

Gunakan sample pack kami sebagai color benchmark
Lakukan test print atau order sehelai dahulu bagi memastikan warna dan hasil cetakan menepati citarasa anda

Tempoh Produksi

Duration of production is 5-10 business day. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received. If the confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock, the process will be run on that day. After 14.00 o’clock process is counted start from tomorrow.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday. For Eid Fitri and end of the year holiday, we always inform before the holiday dates.

Dropship/Agen/Reseller Program

Register as a member to start drop-shipping because your membership has function as sender name and address when running a drop-ship.
For delivery to the customer: submit customer data on order page. On the delivery sheet, what will be written are your name and address as seller and customer as the receiver. Custom.my name will not be shown.
